It was a great little place in East Sac! Great location, cute area, walk to Tandem for coffee, OBO for casual Italian, and Jayna’s for great gyros! Love how it’s tucked away to feel private with a nice driveway. Comfortable bed and great water pressure. The outdoor areas are cute but need to be cleaned to use.

Very responsive property manager. Loved the porch. The pool was serene. It was close to everything but very quiet. Beds comfy. Sofa comfortable. Neighborhood is in process of being built so the property is essentially in the middle of a construction site. There is no noise. it is just desolate: dirt road, no landscaping in neighborhood. Look at it from Google maps.The house itself is beautiful and landscaped just not the surrounding area.

We had a great time during our stay. It accommodated my family perfectly. The only downfall is you’re not allowed to have visitors and the parking is tight. That didn’t end up mattering as I just paid for extra people during booking and everything worked out. All in all it was a 10/10 stay. Based on reviews I thought maybe the neighbors would be rude, but they were actually really nice. The street is quiet, house is clean and spacious, garage is available for parking. I had a great stay! Thank you for sharing your home.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The home was welcoming, clean, and had everything we needed. You can tell the host really cares about their guests. It made our trip so much more relaxing. We would absolutely recommend this place.

Wonderful home in a safe neighborhood. The kids loved having a pool in the backyard. The house was a great value for a family trip. Host was quick to respond.

Perfect place for a week getaway. The clubhouse was awesome and everything was so close while maintaining the "out in the woods" feel. Highly recommend to anyone going to Lake Tahoe.

Mooi schoon huis, Carolina was een perfecte gastvrouw.
Bonaire is prachtig en de locatie van het huis is prima.. het is allemaal nu in opbouw ( de wijk) maar over een aantal jaren ken je het vast niet weer.. maar de villa is prachtig en van alle gemakken voorzien!

Our visit to this Airbnb was absolutely delightful! The host ensured we had everything needed for a comfortable stay, truly making us feel welcomed. The house is in a quite Neighborhood, peaceful, great size living area. Nice backyard. We didn’t use because we had lots of staff going on for our daughter’s graduation. Teya made our experience 5 star, she’s responsive, friendly, accommodated our last minute needs. Thank you Teya .
