These amenities are available to all guests in the complex and are generally very quiet and not busy. Refrigerator: For the safety and privacy of our homeowners, any refrigerator with an icemaker has been intentionally disabled. Please do not attempt to activate or troubleshoot it. We are not responsible for any issues related to the icemaker as it is not intended for guest use. Clubhouse and Pool: The clubhouse and pool are located just across from your unit, visible from your balcony, and only a minute away. Grilling Policy: Due to high fire hazard risks in the area, the county prohibits the use of any grilling equipment at all times.
