The house is in a quite Neighborhood, peaceful, great size living area. Nice backyard. We didn’t use because we had lots of staff going on for our daughter’s graduation. Teya made our experience 5 star, she’s responsive, friendly, accommodated our last minute needs. Thank you Teya .

We had a great time staying at the Ranch House over the weekend for a graduation. This home looks like the pictures and offered us the space to both play and eat! Teya was very responsive and answered all of our questions diligently and kindly. We’d book this location again!

Teyas place is exactly as described! She is extremely responsive and helpful to any questions we had. The pool was awesome and we were able to grill in the backyard. Really enjoyed are stay!!

Teya's home is really spacious, we loved our stay there. There are two wings in the house, it's much bigger than we expected. The beds were really comfortable and Teya provided all that we needed. It's a great place, so worth every dollar that we paid. We look forward to staying there again in the future.

Phenomenal house! very neat and tidy. Communication with the host was so reliable and very straightforward and very thoughtful. The whole time we stayed there, there was not a single issue. I would most definitely re-book with the same host and at the same location.

It was perfect for us and our pets. The parking arrangements were private and behind a closed gate. There was so much to do we couldn't do everything in the week we were there. For being directly in the middle of everything it was quiet and peaceful, felt like a secluded hideaway in the midst of the hustle and bustle. I will definitely keep this in my places to stay.

we loved this house. It was in a great neighborhood and very close to where the conference I was attending was being held. Our little dog loved frolicking in the backyard. Highly recommend.

Very large and nice house not far from downtown Sacramento. Great location near the train station and easy access to everything. The house was large and even had a nice back yard. Very clean and a great place to rest while we were in town. Thank you

The house is just as described and the photos are accurate. The space is easy to be in and use. Everything was clean and comfortable. We stayed at the house for a swim meet at North Natomas acquatic center and its within a few minutes of the pool and located very near a lovely walking trail. Grocery and restaurants are within few minutes drive as well.
