Perfect place for a week getaway. The clubhouse was awesome and everything was so close while maintaining the "out in the woods" feel. Highly recommend to anyone going to Lake Tahoe.

Mooi schoon huis, Carolina was een perfecte gastvrouw. Bonaire is prachtig en de locatie van het huis is prima.. het is allemaal nu in opbouw ( de wijk) maar over een aantal jaren ken je het vast niet weer.. maar de villa is prachtig en van alle gemakken voorzien!

Our visit to this Airbnb was absolutely delightful! The host ensured we had everything needed for a comfortable stay, truly making us feel welcomed. What a lovely time we had at Teya's home while we were in Sacramento for a wedding. This home was perfect for us- very easy to find, was in a safe and walkable neighborhood, and was depicted accurately in the photos online. The home was super clean- bedrooms were very comfortable and very clean bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked- tons of cooking supplies. My kids loved the backyard area and the pool was very clean and perfect in the August heat. I would absolutely stay in this home if we are in the area again and I would recommend this home to anyone who wants to stay in the eastern Sacramento area.

The house is in a quite Neighborhood, peaceful, great size living area. Nice backyard. We didn’t use because we had lots of staff going on for our daughter’s graduation. Teya made our experience 5 star, she’s responsive, friendly, accommodated our last minute needs. Thank you Teya .

We had a great time staying at the Ranch House over the weekend for a graduation. This home looks like the pictures and offered us the space to both play and eat! Teya was very responsive and answered all of our questions diligently and kindly. We’d book this location again!

Teyas place is exactly as described! She is extremely responsive and helpful to any questions we had. The pool was awesome and we were able to grill in the backyard. Really enjoyed are stay!!

Teya's home is really spacious, we loved our stay there. There are two wings in the house, it's much bigger than we expected. The beds were really comfortable and Teya provided all that we needed. It's a great place, so worth every dollar that we paid. We look forward to staying there again in the future.
